If you want to use BaliCASH Application for transactions, you must first know how to top up your denom. Here are the steps if you want to top up your denom:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Download the BaliCASH App<\/b>
    \n<\/span>The application is available on both the PlayStore and AppStore. Search for “BaliCASH” and download the app to your device.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Open the App and Begin Registration<\/b>
    \n<\/span>On the main screen, you will see an option to “Register.” Tap on this option to start the registration process.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Fill in the Required Information<\/b>
    \n<\/b>You will be prompted to enter personal details such as your name, email address, Indonesia local phone numbers (+62), and other necessary information. Make sure to provide accurate and up-to-date details.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Verify Your Account<\/b>
    \n<\/span>After submitting your information, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS. Enter this OTP in the app to verify your account.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Success for Register<\/strong>
    \nCongratulations!<\/span> The registration process has been successful. You are now ready to use the BaliCASH app for all its features.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After you finished register your account. Now, let’s top up your denom. There are 2 type steps:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Top up denom on BaliCASH Application by call the Agents BaliCASH.<\/strong>
      \n– Click on “Nearest Agent”.
      \n– Select an agent that is “Available for Denom Request”.
      \n– Chat with the agent.
      \n– Choose the denom.
      \n– Wait for a response from the BaliCASH team.
      \n– You will be directed to click on a payment link.
      \n–\u00a0 Select an available payment channel: QRIS, Virtual Account, Direct Debit, Convenience Store, or Credit Card.
      \n–\u00a0 Make sure you pay the exact amount shown.
      \n– Congratulations, your top-up will be automatically added (in real-time)!<\/li>\n
    2. Top up by yourself on BaliCASH Application.<\/strong>
      \n– Click “Purchase Balance”.
      \n– Choose the denom.
      \n– You can select “Nearest Agent” or “Convenience Store” and click “Buy Now”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Note: for payment convenience store available if you wanna pay by offline. You can go to Alfamart or Indomaret that close from your place.<\/p>\n

      – Show the payment code to the cashier Alfamart or Indomaret. For Alfamart the name is Plasamall<\/strong>. And Indomaret the name is Linkita.<\/strong>
      \n–\u00a0 Make sure you pay the exact amount shown on Application BaliCASH before the expired time of payment.
      \n– Congratulations, your top-up will be automatically added (in real-time)!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
