1. Requirements

  • This terms and condition apply to BaliCASH and to all features, mobile applications, email, online services and other functions available through or related to BaliCASH.
  • This terms and condition are agreement between you as a user and BaliCASH, each has rights and obligations that do not conflict with the applicable laws and regulations.
  • By using BaliCASH then you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use BaliCASH services.
  • We may post additional terms, official rules, or agreements that apply to certain services, applications, activities and features that we offer or provide through the BaliCASH application, and you may be subject to additional terms when you access service, applications, activities or the feature. If at any time there is a difference between the additional provisions and these terms, the most recent additional provisions will apply.

2. Definition

  • BaliCASH changes the way foreign tourists cashless transactions into Rupiah in a very convenient and safe way, without exchanging physical currency that is prone to fraud. BaliCASH transactions do not use physical cards (debit cards/credit cards), but use QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard).
  • Registration is beginning access to BaliCash services using your name and mobile number.
  • PIN is a personal identification number created at the time of BaliCash registration, which is confidential. PIN is given via SMS, email and Whatsapp.
  • OTP (One Time Password) is a dynamic password given to the user or agent cell phone number.
  • Users is a foreign tourist using a registered BaliCASH account.
  • Agent is a third party that cooperates with BaliCASH which function for denomination purchase services.
  • Merchant is a seller of goods or services that has a physical store business to be able to accept user transactions using QRIS BaliCASH.
  • Purchase Denom is a method of refilling BaliCASH balances.
  • Fee is the income received by BaliCASH and Agent for successful denom purchases.
  • QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is a standardization of payments using the QR Code method.
  • QRIS Issuer is Bank Nobu which has the authority as a QR Code issuer which is used for users to make transactions on the BaliCASH application.
  • NeoPay is an E-money service organized by Bank Nobu which is contained in the BaliCASH application and has been registered and has been supervised by Bank Indonesia. Has the same function as cash as a legal means of payment, where the value is equivalent to the value of the money deposited into the E-money account and the value of the money is not in the nature of a deposit and is not given interest and is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

3. Registration

  • To access the BaliCash services, user must be install BaliCash application on smartphone which can be downloaded via Google Play/App Store.
  • Users who use BaliCASH services are required to register first using their name and mobile number. One Mobile number is only valid for one account.
  • Agents are required to provide data or information needed to be able to use BaliCASH services properly.
  • BaliCASH can be used for transactions at merchants that have provided payment using QRIS.
  • Users can make transactions as long as the denom in BaliCASH enough.
  • Agents can fill in denominations/reload users as long as the balance in BaliCASH is enough.

4. Benefits

  • BaliCASH replaces transactions using cash for foreign tourists.
  • Not using a physical card but using QRIS.
  • Can be used on all types of mobile phones based on Android and iOS.
  • Makes it easy to find money for payment transactions with small nominal.

5. Service Usage

  • You agree to use BaliCASH services only for the purposes permitted by these terms, additional provisions, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You have ability and authority to use an bound by these terms.
  • You are 17 (seventeen) years old or older.
  • You must operate the BaliCASH application by yourself.
  • You are fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the instructions for each transaction. All risks that arise as a result of instruction errors are the full responsibility of the user and BaliCASH is released from all consequences arising from it.
  • The maximum denomination in BaliCASH is Rp. 2,000,000.- and the maximum transaction limit in 1 (one) month is Rp. 20,000,000.-
  • All transactions that have been confirmed and approved by user cannot be cancelled.
  • User denom can only be spent using QRIS at merchants that already provide payment methods with QRIS.
  • You are required to make purchases using denom on the BaliCASH Application.
  • The remaining denom on the BaliCASH application cannot be withdrawal.
  • BaliCASH has the right not to carry out transaction orders from the user and has the right to cancel without being held accountable if the user's denomination is insufficient, and BaliCASH knows or has reasons to suspect that there has been a criminal act or violation of the regulations applicable to transactions made by the user.
  • If within a certain period of time user does not carry out activities in the BaliCASH application, the application will automatically logout and return to the login menu.
  • You agree to all these terms and conditions.

6. Denom Purchases

  • Before purchase denominations, you have agreed to BaliCASH terms and conditions.
  • Fill in denominations BaliCASH through the application or nearest BAliCASH Agent.
  • Users can purchase denom values 250K, 500K, 1,000K, 1,500K, 2,000K.
  • Denom can be transactions at all QRIS merchants.

7. Fee for Agents

  • Payment Fee Agent are automatically transferred when purchasing denom/reload transaction successful.
  • Fee can be withdraw to your personal bank account via dashboard with the same email and login password as BaliCASH.
  • Share fee given to agent is 0,5% of each denomination purchase transactions.
  • Share fee given to agent is 0.1% per transactions using QRIS.
  • All kinds of mistakes when purchase denom/reload from the Agent are not responsibility of BaliCASH but responsibility of Agent.

8. Security Information

  • Security information such as Name, OTP (one-time-password), QR code, and PIN will be required to log-in.
  • User should make sure to use a PIN that is not easy to guess.
  • Security information will be kept confidential under the user responsibility.
  • User is fully responsible for the security of all uses BaliCASH, including being aware of any abuse from other parties.
  • The user is responsible for paying attention to every provision in the description of these terms and conditions for any losses that occur (whether intentionally or unintentionally), including the occurrence of losses due to the following causes:
    • The occurrence of an unauthorized access process or unauthorized use of electronic devices;
    • Use by other parties of information or data related to Users in using BaliCASH services;
    • Unnatural use.
  • User responsible for the performance and security of any equipment used by the User to access BaliCASH.
  • Users must ensure that the equipment used to access BaliCASH is free from electronic, mechanical failures, failed or corrupted data, viruses, bugs and/or harmful software and/or software that is not authorized by the telecommunication service provider, or the manufacturer or the vendor of the relevant equipment and fully understands the risk of it against possible abuse of BaliCASH access by unauthorized parties.
  • By carrying out transactions through BaliCASH, User understands that all communications from User received by BaliCASH will be treated as perfect evidence even though it is not made a written document.

9. Intellectual Property

  • You acknowledge that the BaliCASH services have been developed, compiled, prepared, revised, selected and fully regulated by BaliCASH and its employees in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and constitute valuable intellectual property.
  • It is our policy to enforce these intellectual property rights to the extent permitted by law. Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the BaliCASH are the property of PT Kedaimu Lumbung Nusantara (Company) or third parties and cannot be used without written permission from the Company or the third party that owns the Brand.
  • BaliCASH sites and features are also protected as collective works or compilations under copyright and other foreign and domestic laws and agreements.
  • Users are prohibited from using, transferring, disposing, modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, broadcasting, displaying to the public, publishing, selling, licensing, or creating derivative works of any content on BaliCASH services for commercial or public purposes.
  • Company exclusively owns all rights to all documentation, software, content, graphics, designs, data, computer code, ideas, compilations, magnetic translations, digital conversions and other materials included in the BaliCASH services, all modifications, and all intellectual property rights related.

10. Location Data

  • BaliCASH needs your real-time geographic location information in some BaliCASH feature and you can choose to turn off it.

11. Disclaimer

  • BaliCASH is not responsible for any mistakes when purchase denom/reload.
  • You have no right to ask for compensation from BaliCASH if an error when purchase denom/reload to fill your balance.
  • Any time you use BaliCASH you do at your own risk. You agree to release us, our affiliates, our staff, directors, commissioners, employees and agents from any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses.
  • By using BaliCASH services, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions BaliCASH.

12. Compensation

You agree that you will defend and give compensation to BaliCASH for:

  • Violation of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Abuse of BaliCASH services.
  • Defenses and compensation will remain in effect even after your terms and conditions expire.

13. Force Majeure

  • Force majeure means an event that occurs beyond the control, and is not caused by an error, or the event prevents the performance of obligations under this provision.
  • Those categorized as force majeure include:
    • Natural disasters.
    • Rebellion, war.
    • Strike, sabotage.
    • Unavailability of electric power.
    • Disturbances in both terrestrial and extra-terrestrial telecommunications networks.
    • Issuance of a decision, policy, regulation or implementation of an action by the competent authority which delays the performance of obligations under this provision.
  • Failure to carry out obligations under this provision is not considered a violation of this provision if it is caused by force majeure.
  • Force majeure cannot be used as a reason to claim compensation.
  • All losses experienced as a result or due to the occurrence of a force majeure event are not responsibility of the other party.

14. Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia.
  • Legal domicile is at the BaliCASH head office, any disputes that arise are resolved by prioritizing deliberation to reach consensus. In the event that agreement is not reached, dispute resolution efforts can be submitted to the Court Denpasar Country.
