Fees, limits, and how to top up BaliCASH.

Yes. For TopUp transactions, users will be charged if using:
- EDC: 2.5% (admin fee) + handling fee
- Online Credit Card: 2.5% + IDR 2,000 (admin fee) + handling fee
- QRIS: 0 (based on the regulation of Bank Indonesia)
- Travelers fee: IDR 1,000 (service cost when users make transactions with BaliCASH)
The minimum transaction is IDR 1,000 and the maximum transaction is IDR 2,000,000, following the policies of each E-wallet.
The minimum top up is IDR 100,000 and the maximum top up is IDR 2,000,000.
There are 3 ways to top up BaliCASH:
- Click “Purchase Denom” on your BaliCASH Application and follow the steps
- Top up through a BaliCASH Agent near you by clicking 'Nearest Agent' on your BaliCASH Application
- Meet your BaliCASH Agent directly and pay with a Credit Card or Debit Card through the Agent’s EDC Machine
Yes, you are able to withdraw your balance when you close your BaliCASH account permanently.
Users can Top up a maximum of IDR 20,000,000 per month.
